Recent works by Pablo S. Herrero and Doa
Five years after the artistic intervention of Pablo S. Herrero in an abandoned fish farm in 2009, the artist continued the piece together with Doa, recently focused on her reforesting project. You can see photos and read the story of this collaboration below, as well as the selection of recent projects by the two artists.
Pablo S. Herrero and Doa
In 2009, Pablo S. Herrero painted the “Blind Guardian”, a hut that guarded the silence of an abandoned fish farm. However, the artist witnessed how the surrounding disappeared following a fire in the summer of the same year.
Doa’s artistic reforestation restores the life to the guardian in the same way nature reconquers the space. While Pablo S. Herrero painted the hidden sides of the guardian, Doa reforested the four sides.
