Breakfast of Superheroes
Balamuc / loc de joacă ş-altele is the official playground of the artists Livia Coloji, Răzvan Cornici and Ana Kun: “It is a cosy place in Timișoara, where, from time to time, unexpected things happen”. So was the Breakfast of Superheroes exhibition, launched on June 1st, 2014, when “all the superheroes and superheroines gathered to have breakfast and talk big”.
Addressing an adult audience, the show featured over 30 Romanian artists, with works representative for the lowbrow movement, created in various mediums, from graphics, painting or sculpture to digital, paper cut or literature.
