The sculptures of Willy Verginer

Italian artist Willy Verginer creates amazing life sized wooden sculptures conveying powerful emotions, highlighted by intense colours which become part of body elements of his figurative works.

Some of his characters seem to experience the process of enlightenment or at least they discover unexplored realms of the inner universe, deeply connected to nature, while others are facing their nightmares and fears.
