The characters of Pren

With surrealist influences and inspired by artists such as Victor Brauner, Oskar Schlemmer or Fred Deltor, young Romanian illustrator Pren plays with patterns and symbols to highlight the essence of his characters.

When creating his characters, he enjoys mixing human features with animal ones, either fish or birds, and with plane geometry shapes. Besides illustration, he sometimes brings his characters to life in murals.
