About the image of Memorie Urbane 2014, art director Davide Scarpantonio says that the three subjects representing three different age levels tell a double story: “That of the public, because the work of art and communication reaches everyone. And that of street-artist, because his passion begins in childhood, grows over the years and ends at the end of the creative process. Assuming that there is an end”.
Photos by Flavia Fiengo, stylist Adelaide Alligalli – Interno 3 and make up Erica Sanna.
A dialogue between past and present, between art and public spaces, the project aims is to rediscover the city through urban contemporary art that becomes a means to give new life to areas that are usually overlooked, abandoned and without a qualification.
