The works of Mojo Wang

Always refreshing the way he sees the world, Shanghai based artist Mojo Wang reveals the feelings of solitude, sadness and anger, the artificial emotions defining humans in today’s society and resulting from varied distractions of modern day life.

His faceless characters, sometimes monochromatic or filled with vibrant colours, seem lost, emptied inside and devoured by others or their own thoughts.

Mojo Wang is currently working on a mini comic series entitled “Between Rivers” (a short preview below) – “which might not be elegant or delicate, not even well executed, but still it’s my poetry to this world”. Well, we think otherwise, it looks great and we are anxious to see the result.
