The surreal and ironic works of Alice Wellinger
Although some may seem sober at a first glance, the surreal works of Austrian based artist and illustrator Alice Wellinger are surprising not only through their subtle irony, but also through the themes and concepts approached.
Each image has its own little story to tell: “I like when people have something to think about”. And the artist has her own unique way of highlighting certain aspects of human behavior, troubles of daily life and childhood memories.
