The works of Sergii Radkevych (TECK)

Sergii Radkevych, also known as TECK, creates murals and artworks that focus on spirituality and themes that relate to various social issues: “My urban interventions hold the balance between contemporary murals and graffiti. They shift the meaning of the space they occupy. My subjects originate from religious iconography and combine simplified religious symbols with geometrical forms to arrive at contemporary spiritual abstract form.”

He usually chooses to paint in public and private spaces which have lost their function or have an undefined meaning, so his interventions revitalize and transform them into “spiritual signal spaces”.

We like how the artist highlights the expressiveness of hand gestures, how he encompasses geometry in his works and the use of certain symbols to reflect and comment on today’s society and human behavior.

Sergii Radkevych is currently based in Ukraine (Lviv).
